Mondo Unveils All-New Godzilla Toys and Collectibles at Comic-Con@Home

During a virtual panel for Comic-Con@Home, Mondo gave an incredible sneak peek of its upcoming toys and collectibles lineup featuring fan-favorite Kaiju including Godzilla, King Ghidorah, Mothra and Hedorah.

Starting this Fall, Mondo is introducing Godzilla and friends in Tiki Mug form with the Godzilla 1974 Tiki Mug, the first official Godzilla Tiki Mug to ever exist, followed later by the King Ghidorah Showa Era Tiki Mug! The mugs are designed by Mondo Creative Directors Mike Bonnano and Hector Arce and sculpted by Tufan Sezer.

In November 2020, Mondo is releasing the first statue in its Toho Godzilla line: GODZILLA 1989. Sculpted by Mark Newman and Hector Arce and painted by Hector Arce, this statue measures 14 inches tall and comes with a ton of swap out parts. Fans can also expect a Mothra Tokyo SOS Statue releasing April 2021 to celebrate the character’s 60th anniversary.

Lastly, Mondo announced that it will be producing Godzilla soft vinyl figures and small scale statues, giving fans an early look at the 6” Hedorah Sofubi Figure, releasing as part of Mondo’s 2021 line and coinciding with Hedorah’s 50th anniversary. The Hedorah figure, which was designed and sculpted by Hector Arce, is the first of Mondo’s Sofubi Godzilla line.
